Why soft-skill trainings are ineffective

Corporates try to change the attitude of their management and employees by conducting various soft skill training programmes such as leadership, team building, winning customers, how to behave etc.

Most of these training programmes do not have much impact on the participants. It is because of the simple fact that one cannot change one's attitude by learning some smart skills. The actions of most people are intuitive. It is difficult to learn some smart tricks and apply those while acting. It is not advisable to do so.
